Terms and Responsibilities
TERMS
- All functions must cease by midnight/1:00 a.m.
- Hall capacity by law is 250 persons.
- Kitchen facilities are not included in rental.
- Those renting the Hall are responsible to obtain their own liquor license.
- The Hall may be decorated. No glue or nails are to be used.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF RENTERS
- Prepare the Hall fo the function.
- Return all tables and chairs to their proper place.
- Remove all garbage to the outside designated trash area.
- Remove all decorations and debris from the Hall.
- Pay for any damage to Hall or contents during rental.
